Prayer of Approach

People:           Creator God, even though we acknowledge your abundant love for us, it is hard to live each day as children of your blessing.

Sometimes, we forget the gifts you have given us how they can help us in our work and in our daily lives.

The teachings of your son, Jesus Christ, apply today as they always have.

Strengthen our resolve to be better stewards of your spirit and your gifts, and to share these blessings with others.

  Amen.
