New Building Fundraising Committee Update

The new fundraising committee met yesterday to get the ball rolling on fundraising for the new church! We are excited to report that we already have $125,000 in pledges! Our goal as a committee is not only to raise funds for the new building but to build fun and fellowship into our fundraising efforts! We wanted to remind everyone of the pledge forms that were mailed out or are available at the office. Also, all pledges and donations are confidential. Even the committee does not know who has made the donations.
Finally, we wanted to share this letter that came in with a significant pledge over 10 years from a family in our church. We felt that it hit the nail on the head about our church's goals going forward. Thank you!

To the fundraising committee,
With yesterday’s decision to move towards a new building in a new location, we believe that the congregation of Grace United church is making a long term commitment to itself as well as the youth and future generations of the church. As a result of this commitment by the congregation and the optimism and faith that are required to take such brave strides, we feel that we can also commit our time and resources to the church.
