LDR: In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, amen. What is it we have come here looking for?
PPL: Where is it that we call ‘home’?
LDR: Where is it, really, that we want to go?
PPL: Who is it we seek to have present in our lives?
LDR: What are the questions we have brought to this time of worship?
PPL: We have come to see how questions may be answered and how answers change.

*Prayer of Approach
As sheep, we would be shepherded into your pastures.
As travellers, we would be saved from paths that deter us from faith and hope.
As thinking people, we would be preserved from thoughts that inhibit joy and love.
As seekers, we would find the way of truth and trust. Amen.
For all those young at heart

Scripture for Today
Isaiah 49:1-7: This passage is written in poetic prophecy and is filled with symbolic imagery; but speaks of a call that is redemptive in nature. The call is to a greater destiny one could/can fulfil, not alone, but in harmony with the Caller. It’s there that destiny may be found.
1 Corinthians 1:1-9: We may feel a sense of call to a destiny that’s out of reach. But, as we acknowledge a holy Companion accompanying us on the journey we will find the gifts we need for each new step. After all, “God is faithful”.
John 1:29-42: Jesus asked them, “What are you looking for”? Good question!
