Call to Worship:
The calendar tells us that summer has arrived.
Our experience of the daily weather makes us wonder.
But we trust God that the seasons will move as they have since the beginning of time.
Let us rejoice that God’s constant relationship with creation is dependable, so dependable that we can dance with the Spirit in the assurance of God’s constancy.

Hymn: MV # 156 “Dance with the Spirit”
(Second time “move”, third time “sing”)

Prayer of Approach.
We have gathered once again to celebrate the family of the church, to receive new family members and to welcome them, as we have been welcomed to receive your call, and to respond in service. We thank you in Jesus’ name. Amen

Offering, Invitation,
VU # 53 Your Work, O God, Needs Many Hands
Your work, O God, needs many hands
To help you everywhere
And some there are who cannot serve
Unless our gifts we share.

Because we love you and your work,
Our offering now we make:
Be pleased to use it as you own,
We ask for Jesus’ sake.
