Call to Worship:

L.  Come and catch your Breath

P. Come and take time to slow down and rest.

L.  Come and breathe.

P.  We are allowed to take the time to become.

L.  Come and inhale the breath of life.

P. We can come and concentrate on life’s rhythms.

L.  Come and exhale the tensions and tasks of living

P.  We breathe in God’s grace; we exhale our pain.  We breathe in Christ’s promise; we exhale our brokenness.  We breathe in the spirit’s insight; we exhale our preconceptions.

L.  Come; let us catch our breath in the timelessness of prayer.

P.  God who breathes life into our souls, who takes our everyday struggles and transforms us, that we might grow in wisdom and in faith, that we might become ever more your disciples that we might walk in your way. Amen

       Offertory Response:

In the miracle of all new life, there’s a gift that

waits to be, the hope and peace and joy and

love this world so longs to see.

Our only thanks could ever be to offer who we are,

and share the blessings of this life with those

           both near and far.
