Children & Youth Support Worker

Part-Time | 25 Hours per Week | Flexible Hours

Our church is seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and faith-filled Children & Youth Support Worker to join our ministry team. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who has a love for children and youth, a desire to support their spiritual growth, and some background or education in theology or Christian ministry.

The successful candidate will help support and develop our children’s and youth ministries, building positive relationships with young people and helping create a welcoming, safe, and engaging environment where they can grow in faith.

We’re looking for someone who:

•  Has a genuine love for working with children and youth with a passion for helping young people grow in their faith

• Has some background, education, or experience in theology, Christian ministry, or a related area

• Is enthusiastic, caring, dependable, and able to work well with others

• Can communicate effectively with children, youth, parents, volunteers, and church leaders

What we offer:

• 25 hours per week

• Flexible hours – Sunday morning attendance and some evenings (normally one evening per week)
